Books that inspired me on my path.

.

I have learned that it takes a daily practice of self-observation to recognize and let go of one’s own behavioral and thinking patterns in order to become the best version of oneself. Becoming the best version of ourselves is a dynamic process. The closer we get to ourselves, detached from our world of thoughts, the less we are unconsciously controlled by the mental autopilot and we become more and more authentic.

Books can make a valuable contribution in this process. Sometimes it is only one chapter or one sentence that can make a difference. I am happy to share my list of books that have inspired me on my path so far. Most titles are available in English, only a few are German books. The list will grow.
